Privacy notice
Updated September 11, 2026
This notice describes how Prime Wealth Leads uses information collected through its advisor application and booking pages.
Information we collect
When you apply, we collect the name, email, phone number, state, and business information you provide, including production, commission, goals, and appointment needs. Booking information includes the selected time and meeting details. Our website also records application timestamps, IP and browser information, referring pages, and advertising identifiers and campaign parameters.
How we use it
We use this information to assess fit for our appointment services, arrange a call, respond to your application, manage follow-up, operate our systems, and measure advertising performance. Our pages use Meta Pixel and server-side conversion events. These can share browsing and conversion information, advertising identifiers, and hashed contact information with Meta for measurement and ad optimization.
Service providers
We use Cloudflare for website hosting and application storage, HighLevel for the existing booking calendars, Google for meeting and email services, and Meta for advertising measurement. Advisor sales records and email delivery currently use the Commercial Rev Engine platform; PWL sales records are kept in a separate pipeline. Access to application details is provided to the team and service providers supporting these purposes.
Your choices
You can use the unsubscribe link in follow-up emails or reply to ask us to stop marketing follow-up. You can also ask about access, correction, or deletion of your information by emailing leads@commercialrevengine.com with “PWL privacy” in the subject. We may need to verify your request and retain records needed for business obligations or dispute resolution. Browser controls can restrict cookies, and Meta provides advertising preferences through its own services.
